What Is Noise will present educational programs to schools in Rockbridge County and Buena Vista, Virginia.

This collaboration with music directors Shannon Light and Jennifer Matthias will introduce the students to new styles of music, new ways of music making, and the entrepeneurial aspects of a career in music.
